Venue and location

The Royal Commonwealth Pool is a Category A listed building, opened in 1969 and is unique in that it has played host to three Commonwealth Games. It had a major refurbishment between 2009 and 2012 and provides a world class eight lane 50m pool together with a 25m diving pool (available throughout the Meet for warm-up and swim down) and a separate teaching pool (not available during the Meet).

Cafe and Hydration

The Cafe Refresh has been newly refurbished in 2025 and offers a variety of food and drinks. It is open between 8.30 and 17.45 every day.

There are water fountains positioned around the venue including two at the top of the spectator gallery.
