We hope you are getting excited as we approach EISM 2026 and welcome athletes, team staff and spectators to Edinburgh for three days of exciting action. Today we have released the event programme, available in the 2026 Meet section and uploaded the live stream pages where you can see all the action once we get going.

We also have some exciting news regarding Exhibition Relays that will take place on Sunday evening. The format will be as follows:

  • One heat – Mixed 4 * 100m Freestyle Relay
  • One heat – Mixed 4 * 100m Medley Relay
  • The teams will be:
    • Four teams of athletes eligible to represent Great Britain
    • One team of athletes eligible to represent Scotland
    • One team of athletes eligible to represent Ireland
    • Canada
    • Team England
  • The top two teams from these relays will progress to two Head-to-Head Relays:
    • Mixed 4 * 50m Freestyle Relay
    • Mixed 4 * 50m Medley Relay

Each winning team will receive prize money of £2,000, courtesy of Aquatics GB.
